Physical Examination

Since each physical may have customized components, there is no ‘standard physical’ (unless defined by regulations). But generally most industry standard physical evaluations can consist of:

  • Measuring blood pressure

  • Measuring height and weight

  • Measuring pulse rate

  • Measuring respiration rate

  • Existing medical illnesses

  • Medical history

  • Allergies and general social history

  • Urine examination (Not for drug use purposes. Drug tests can be added as an extra.)

  • Physical examination

Occupational Height Examination

As needed, add-ons to the exam may include additional procedures such as a audiometer examinations, spirometer examinations, vision examinations and other medical clearance procedures.
